Common Ground’s portal system is designed so that all parties with an interest in the building can track progress on news and activities.
Tenants, leaseholders, RMC directors, letting agents, developers and freeholders all have access to the system with access to information being determined by status (e.g. directors get access to more information than leaseholders) and information posted being audience specific so, for example, a tenant renting a property would not be informed about a leaseholders meeting.
Upon accessing your account on the portal, the home page updates you on building news (you can set your account up so that you also get email notifications).
Clicking on the name of your development gives access to a host of information about your building
The portal lists all items you have reported or have requested update on (by phone, email or direct entry onto the portal – what ever your preference) and it provides a unique reference number for each task.
By clicking onto any task, you can view the full audit trail of activity and progress on your task.
When the request has been completed by Common Ground, we then request feedback. If you are not satisfied with how the request has been handled, you have the option to re-open it.
All feedback is monitored regularly by the managing director and all staff are incentivised based on the feedback we receive.
